Cert type management
The fixed list covers what most crane & rigging shops need. Add a custom type if your crew tracks something the defaults don't cover — it behaves identically to a built-in type from then on.

Add a custom cert type
A custom type just needs a name — it immediately gets the same 60/30/7-day staging and shows up in the compliance roster and bulk import templates like any built-in type.
